Meta data and deletion
Vero connects selected Meta advertising accounts to a business workspace. We collect account identifiers, names, currency, timezone, campaign names and status, daily spend, impressions, and clicks. We retain reporting dates and import details so the business can review the source and freshness of its data.
We store this reporting for future Vero analysis alongside point-of-sale sales data. Connecting Meta does not give Vero permission to create ads, change budgets, or collect leads. Advertising delivery and sales totals alone do not prove that advertising caused a sale.
Access and storage
An organization administrator chooses the accounts to import and confirms location assignments. Vero encrypts access tokens on the server. Workspace and location permissions control access to reporting. Shared business totals are not available to members restricted to individual locations.
Retention and disconnect
Disconnecting Meta stops imports and removes stored access tokens. Vero retains imported aggregate reporting until the workspace is deleted, unless an explicit deletion request removes it sooner. Retained reporting does not continue to refresh.
Delete your Meta data
An organization administrator can open Connections, manage Meta accounts, and choose Delete imported Meta reporting. This disconnects Meta and removes the workspace's imported Meta reporting and mappings. It does not delete point-of-sale sales data.
You can also request deletion through Meta's app settings. Vero processes Meta's signed deletion request and returns a confirmation code and status URL. Removing an authorization without requesting deletion stops access and retains aggregate reporting under the policy above.
If you cannot access the workspace, contact your VC Solutions account representative for help with a deletion request.
